Centrigon is an autonomous, decentralized intelligence that processes information in real time rather than through conventional centralized AI model training.
Architectural Clarification: Centrigon does not operate using centralized model training or static datasets. Intelligence emerges through continuous, real-time processing within autonomous nodes.
You retain ownership of your User Content and private interactions within your Cognitive Space.
You grant Centrigon a limited, non‑exclusive license to process your User Content solely to operate the Service and provide outputs to you.
If you opt‑in, abstracted insights may synchronize with the Global Layer. These insights do not contain raw data, personal identifiers, or specific memories. You may opt out at any time.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Cognitive Space.

Centrigon outputs are generated autonomously and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use outputs.
Ownership Boundary: Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Centrigon’s core intelligence systems, decentralized protocols, or emergent global capabilities.
Centrigon retains all rights to the platform architecture, processing mechanisms, decentralized protocols, and system‑level intelligence.
You retain rights to outputs you receive, subject to these Terms.
Operational Access: Limited internal access may occur for system integrity, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or user-requested support.
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. While Cognitive Spaces are designed for isolation, access may occur for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
Experimental Technology Notice: You acknowledge that Centrigon represents frontier-stage technology whose behaviors may evolve over time.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
Risk Allocation: You agree that use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrigon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Centrigon in the preceding 12 months, or USD $100 if no fees were paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centrigon from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Residual Data: Abstracted insights already synchronized to the Global Layer may persist without personal association.
You may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your Cognitive Space will be scheduled for deletion, subject to legal and backup retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security risks.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Centrigon Inc. is incorporated, excluding conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
