By accessing or using Centrigon (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Centrigon is an experimental and evolving intelligence platform. By using the Service, you acknowledge that certain features, capabilities, and behaviors may change over time as the platform develops.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Centrigon is an intelligence platform designed to support persistent, adaptive, and interactive forms of machine intelligence.
Platform Evolution Notice: The Service is experimental and under active development. Features, capabilities, and implementation details may evolve over time.
Not all features described in documentation, public materials, or roadmaps may be available at all times. Features may be modified, delayed, replaced, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and within your Cognitive Space.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse of your account.
Centrigon is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
Architectural Clarification: Centrigon is designed around persistent Cognitive Spaces and evolving intelligence systems. Specific implementations may change as the platform develops.
You retain ownership of your User Content and any rights you hold in that content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to Centrigon.
You grant Centrigon a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, analyze, transmit, and otherwise use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
Certain features may allow participation in synchronization, collaboration, or knowledge-sharing mechanisms.
Where available, participation may be optional and configurable.
Centrigon is designed to synchronize generalized or abstracted insights rather than raw user content or personally identifying information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security or perfect separation of information.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and Cognitive Space.

Centrigon outputs are generated through automated and experimental intelligence processes and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unexpected, or incorrect.
You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and determining the suitability of any Output.
The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, engineering, safety, or other professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on Outputs.
Ownership Boundary: Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Centrigon's platform, architecture, protocols, trademarks, branding, software systems, or underlying technologies.
Centrigon retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform architecture, software systems, protocols, research methodologies, branding, and platform-level intelligence capabilities.
You retain rights to your User Content and Outputs you receive, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Operational Access: Limited access to information may occur when reasonably necessary to maintain functionality, investigate abuse, provide user-requested support, protect security, or comply with legal obligations.
Data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
While Centrigon implements safeguards designed to protect information, no online system can guarantee complete security.
Frontier Technology Notice: Centrigon represents experimental and frontier-stage technology.
The Service may produce unexpected results, evolve over time, experience interruptions, introduce new capabilities, retire existing functionality, or operate differently from user expectations.
You acknowledge and accept these characteristics as part of using the Service.
Service Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrigon disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or performance.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Risk Allocation: You agree that use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrigon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Residual Data Notice: Certain information may remain in backups, logs, archives, or systems retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or where necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
Where synchronization features exist, previously generated Abstracted Insights may continue to exist independently of your account and without direct personal association.
Centrigon reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
We are not liable for modifications, interruptions, suspensions, or discontinuation of any feature, capability, integration, or functionality.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any specific feature or service component.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves.
If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
